COMFORTABLE AND SAFE WORKING
Starting the STIHL MS 881 petrol chainsaw should be as effortless as possible. Thedecompression valveand theSTIHL ElastoStarttherefore make starting noticeably easier. Thesingle-lever operationallows you to operate all functions with just one hand. This means that your right hand always remains on the handle. TheSTIHL anti-vibration systemeffectively reduces vibrations at the handles. This protects your muscles and joints.
TheHD2 air filtermade of polyethylene filters even very fine dust and thus keeps all dirt away from the engine. The filter can be cleaned and replaced effectively and without tools. To avoid possible hand contact with the saw chain or the claw stop, the tensioning screw for the chain tension is attached to the side. If you want to stop the chainsaw, all you have to do is press a button thanks tothe stop button. As soon as the chainsaw is stopped, it is automatically moved to the start position so that you can start the STIHL MS 881 chainsaw again straight away.
